Snow In Big Bear?

 Yes we have had snow, rain and wind for a couple of days. Hard to believe because just this past tuesday it was in the 80's. It is a different Memorial Weekend for us up here, few boats on the lake and yard sales at a minimum. It is nice change for visitors because of the heat that our neighbors down the hill are experiencing. So, if you need to cool off, we are a short drive up the hill.

Big Bear Pirate Faire

The Big Bear Valley Renaissance Society, Inc., is having it's 3rd annual Big Bear Pirate Faire June 7th & 8th 2008 on the NORTH SHORE ON THE LAKE!!!

There will be battle re-enactments and battles on the 'New Pirate' beach, court martial & court re-enactments, stage shows, shopping and food!!

All profits go to the youth of the Valley for educational endeavors. Some activities at additional charge.
